It's is mid month and things are getting exciting for many of us as we plan for our various celebrations! Loads of kiddies are anxious for winter(or for some of you summer) break and adults are getting caught up in the hustle and bustle of the season. My youngest is looking forward to some time in the snow that arrived yesterday, and I am looking forward to a few quiet afternoons at my craft desk! I hope you all remember to take a bit of time for yourself and do something that makes you happy! And if that is crafting, like me, I hope you spend a little time with us and join in on our newest challenge!

"Hi! My name is Karen Brierley, and I live in a semi-rural area in South East Queensland (Australia) with my husband and teenage daughter. We live on bush acreage with our dog, and an assortment of chickens, ducks and Australian wildlife. I enjoy sharing my scrapping creations online with like-minded people, and I was so excited to be invited to be a guest designer at Stuck?! Sketches. I love using sketches as the starting point for my layouts, although I often wander off in a totally different direction!
