December 1 2015 Challenge Featured Layout #1

Is it really possible that we're already one week into December? Yikes, it's moving quickly. The good news is that means it's time for our first December challenge feature! First we want to recognize our generous sponsors.

A big thank you goes out to May Arts Ribbon for sponsoring this challenge. They're offering one $25.00 gift certificate to their online store.
https://www.mayarts.com/
May Arts was founded in the early 1980’s in Riverside, Connecticut. The original products were high-end silk flowers imported from Taiwan, which were decorated using quality ribbons. The decorative ribbons proved so popular among customers that the business gradually evolved into a dedicated ribbon wholesaler. As a family-owned and operated business, May Arts began a long-standing tradition of qualityaffordability and exceptional customer service. We are dedicated to carrying on this same tradition by offering high quality products at competitive prices. Our friendly, knowledgeable staff is always happy to answer your questions or to assist you in placing your order.

And thank you to Evalicious, who is sponsoring this challenge with one $20.00 gift certificate to the Evalicious online store.

Evalicious is a small home based company in Canada that offers scrapbooking paper tags, puffy stickers, wood veneer, clear/rubber stamps and more.

Julia is our featured artist today. This clean, masculine page documents her darling son's first haircut at the barber and is based on a flipped version of our sketch.

We are so glad you joined us, Julia. Please grab our "featured" button below and wear it on your blog.
Here's another look at the sketch:

Please link up your layouts over in the sidebar by December 29th to be in the running for one of our prizes. All prizes will be drawn randomly using Random.org to pick a number.

When linking your layouts, please make sure it is linked to the specific post your layout is in, not your blog as a whole as it can be hard for our team to find your layout, especially if you blog often. You can also link from any gallery including Facebook and Flickr (though we may not be able to comment in all forums).

Feel free to combine this sketch challenge with other non-sketch challenges, such as colour challenges.

Please post a link back to Stuck?! Sketches on your blog entry for our challenge. We would also love for you to share the sketch!

Thank you for visiting us today. If you haven't yet tried your hand at creating with this sketch, please do and then let us see what you've made. We really love to see your work.

Janice :-D
